1. PARTIES
This Agreement, on the one hand, ArkeoArt will be referred to as "Seller" in this Agreement, and on the other side, [Buyer Name/Surname] will be referred to as "Buyer" in this Agreement. This Agreement relates to the sale and delivery of the products ordered by the Buyer through the Seller's e-commerce website.

2. TOPIC
The Seller agrees to sell the product or products specified below to the Buyer, and the Buyer agrees to purchase this product or products.

3. DESCRIPTION AND PRICE OF PRODUCTS
3.1. The Seller agrees to sell the following product or products to the Buyer:


3.2. The prices of the products are valid based on the prices stated on the Seller's website. Shipping costs and other additional fees will be paid by the Buyer.

4. ORDER
4.1. The Buyer is obliged to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order through the Seller's website.

4.2. When the ordering process is completed, the Buyer declares that this Agreement and the Seller's sales policies are accepted.

5. PAYMENT
5.1. Buyer must choose payment method when placing order. The seller offers secure payment systems for payment processing.

5.2. After the product price is paid, the Seller will deliver the order.

6. DELIVERY
6.1. The products will be sent to the delivery address specified by the Buyer. Delivery time may vary depending on order processing and product stock status.

6.2. The buyer must check the products upon delivery and notify the delivery person in case of any damage or shortage.

7. RETURN AND CANCELLATION
7.1. The buyer has the right to return the ordered product for any reason within 14 days after receiving it.

7.2. The return process and conditions will operate in accordance with the Seller's return policy.

8. WARRANTY
Products will be subject to the warranty terms specified by the Seller. The warranty period and conditions are stated in the warranty certificate supplied with the product.

9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
For the resolution of any dispute arising from this Agreement, the implementation and interpretation of this Agreement will be governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. The parties authorize [Relevant Court] courts to resolve disputes.

10. CONTRACT CHANGE
Seller reserves the right to change this Agreement at any time. Changes will enter into force on the date they are published on the Seller's website.

11. TERMINATION OF THE CONTRACT
Unless terminated by one of the parties, this Agreement will enter into force on the date the Buyer completes his order and will end with the delivery of the products.
